Affiliation

CashX is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp., X Money, Robinhood Markets, Inc., Robinhood Chain, pons.family or Kraken. Their names are used only to describe the networks and services CashX interacts with.

Recipients

Anyone can launch a token that names an X handle. Being named does not mean the account holder created, endorsed or promotes the token, and receiving a payout does not make them a customer of CashX.

pons.family

Tokens launched through CashX are created, priced and traded by pons.family's contracts. CashX does not control pons' fees, its curve, its graduation or its Uniswap V4 pools, and pons' owner can change terms for future launches. pons' contracts also let its owner propose, after a timelock, a change to a token's creator fee recipient. CashX can't prevent that.

Launched tokens

Tokens on CashX are created by third parties. CashX does not review them. Most are speculative and many lose all of their value. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice.

Off-chain steps

Converting fees to dollars and sending them through X Money happen off chain and depend on third parties. They can be delayed, limited or unavailable. On-chain records show claims and splits; payout records are published by CashX.
